CATHEDRAL PALMS APARTMENT COMPLEX

This project in Riverside County consisted of 40 two-bedroom apartments and 200 studio apartments built in the 1940’s to late 1950’s. ACM materials were removed from each unit including exterior wall texture, interior acoustical ceiling spray, drywall mud/joint compound, vinyl floor tile and mastic, roof penetrations mastic, and transite vent pipe. After completion of abatement, an 8-unit building was completely demolished to make room for a new leasing office, twenty four units were completely gutted back to shell and renovated to be ADA compliant, and the remaining two hundred units were gutted back to studs and completely renovated.
